Patanjali Rishikul Celebrates Third Annual Function

With over 870 participants, 18th December, 2017 witnessed the Annual fiesta of Patanjali Rishikul. The school celebrated this gala event themed Hues of Heaven on its newly constructed open stage. Mr. Nand  Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ and Ms. Abhilasha Gupta ‘Nandi’ graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively. The other dignitaries who graced the event include Hony. Sec. Patanjali Group of Schools, Prof. Krishna Gupta, Directors of the Patanjali fraternity, Sir Ravindra Gupta, Sir Yashovardhan, Ma’am Rekha Baid Gupta, Ma’am Sudipti Gupta Lad, Sir Abhimanyu Lad and Sir Madhukar Gune.

Welcoming the august gathering, Hony. Sec. Patanjali Group of Schools, Prof. Krishna Gupta  appreciated the pains taken by the students and teachers of the school and called them the strong foundation on which the school rests.

 

In his address to the school, Mr. Nand  Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ encouraged students to be hard working giving his own example how from a humble beginning one can reach success with strong will and determination.  Appreciating the efforts of the students the City Mayor, Ms. Abhilasha Gupta ‘Nandi’ said that students should be taught the importance of ‘Swacchta’ and urged school principals seated in the gathering to make an honest effort to bring about a change for the better.

 

Principal,Ms. M.Datt in her in her speech, enlightened everyone with the achievements of the school and welcomed everyone present for the occasion.  The school coordinators, Ms.A. Manna and Ms. A.Dwivedi congratulated the team behind the successful event and thanked the luminaries and the management for their constant support.

 

The Cultural Extravaganza commenced with a mellifluous Vandana song and thrilling dance performances on Navgraha mantras and Salsa beats. The other power packed performances of the school budding artists included Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat and Macavity – The Mystery Cat along with I had a great day.  26/11, An attack on Solidarity of India was a vibrant pantomime by pupils, reminding others of the then massacre. Paving the way to the new year, the twin acts -  A saviour was born and Sparkling New Year enthralled the spectators. The journey of Rishikul over the years on stage was appreciated by the viewers.
