MIND IS NOT RESTLESS, WE PRACTICE RESTLESSNESS.
Our mind is active and the entire process of making it Active or Hyperactive is thoroughly practiced phenomenon. We ourselves contribute in making the mind hyperactive. As we all get angry without giving thought we are practicing to make our mind reactive.
Instead of focusing on one work at one time. We try to indulge it in multitasking we don’t even enjoy a cup of tea properly. As we hardly remember 3 – 4 sips from our cup and during rest of our sip, our mind keeps on wandering various things about daily schedule, pending work or plan for our future.
In this world of busy schedule and running for our future planning give some time to word of silence. We ourselves make our mind hyperactive by not focusing on a single activity. We become what we practice. It only proves that if we can practice multitasking then we can also practice concentration.
The only difference between a common man and Lord Buddha is that he fully lived is present moment. He is able to do it because that is what he practiced. He became practical. Concentration, happiness, awareness and compassion can only be achieved by practicing.
ENLIGHTEN YOURSELF, BE AWARE AND START LIVING BEFORE YOU DIE.
